Ok, so let’s be real “the booty” is stubborn! I mean hey if you were born with a bubbly big Ol’ butt…I pretty much hate you. Just kidding, but I am a little jealous and you should thank god. What makes me really annoyed is the people who have a perfect set up (bubbly big Ol’ butt) and totally don’t even make the slightest effort to create amazingness with that backside. With a little preplanning, macros, and a solid workout regime, I am positive we all could get what we are looking for.
Ugh, ok let me stop because I am sure there are people out there who actually do work hard at perking the butt and creating a masterpiece. Great, we are on the same page. Like minds. Now, let’s get down to business. What elements do you need in your daily routine to actually grow a nice butt? I don’t know exactly, but here’s what I’ll guess…
1. Clean Diet
2. Consistent Workout Plan
3. Probably Patience
These are all just educated guesses because honestly I have yet to grow my dream butt. BUT, this year, 2018, will be the year. No games. Whose with me? If you’re anything like me, you have a full-time job, children, wife duties, and I mean “life.” I will say I am finding balance I just don’t think I am sacrificing enough. So let’s get real. Let’s set some goals. Let’s grow the butt!! Here’s what I am committing to:
1. Wake up 45minutes earlier and start an at home butt workout routine 2x a week! Can’t be that difficult, can it? I have the equipment and just got me some bands!
2. Step up my Macros game: Carbs, Protein, fat (good fat). No more going from 7am-3pm with no meals (pretty much my work life)!
Now, what will you do? Oh, and just know in six months I will follow-up and document my success! So tonight. I’ll take before pictures and later I’ll post the after pictures. If you have the perfect butt…whatever you know I already hate you. Totally kidding. Set a different health goal. You can never be too healthy. We should never take our health for granted! Be grateful and give back to your booty…I mean body! Always.
